Nozzles
The performance of cooling tower greatly depends upon the water distribution over the fills. AMARTAL nozzles distribute water evenly through 2 wide spray angle without any dry pockets. They are lightweight and reduce the frequency of clogging.
The Solid Cone Square Pattern (SCSP} nozzles produce a solid cone spray of water that is distributed in a square pattern onto the fills. These nozzles can be used on new/existing pipe, which may be of MS, PP PVC or AC pipes.
Our SCSP nozztes are provided with 2.5" BSP threads and can be conveniently assembled onto any adapter having 2.5" BSP threads using the easy thread locking.
We manufacture adapters, suitable for assembling these nozzles, which may be inserted in AC pipes/PVC/PP Pipes.
These nozzles are made out of a basic body of ABS plastics and three different types of nylon inserts and turbulators. The turbujators and orifice when assembled with the ABS body generate three types of nozzles capable of discharging water flow rates ranging from 30 GPM to 120 GPM. Depending upon the selection, each nozzle covers an area of 2'X2' to 4'X4' of tower area. A water flow chart to determine the selection may be provided on request.
AMARTAL ASPL also manufactures the commonly used flower type nozzles for Crossflow towers and whirl spray type nozzles for Counter flow packaged towers with 0.5", 0.75" and 1" BSP threads.
